If you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. Within 14 business days, a refund will be issued for the original amount paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees (if applicable).

You can exchange for sizes, colours, or any other items available at the website.

Conditions to receive a full refund on your returns:

1. All items must be received within 25 days of receipt date.
2. All items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and unused with the original tags and packaging.
3. Returned items must not be altered.
4. If the product has a major failure, the consumer has the right to choose between a replacement or a refund. If the product has a minor failure, the business can choose to give the consumer a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.
5. Refunds are only processed from our head office. Stores are not authorised to process refunds.
